As Fyodor noted, depends on the actual VMD of the powder. With most pistol powders, the charge is between one and two grains. I actually find the Micro Disk quite a bit more useful.

It looks like the .25ACP classic loader isn't in production any more. :(

EDIT:
Oh, wait, we're talking about the three die set anyway... that is still in production. You can also get the dipper seperately. And yes, it isn't included in the dipper set.
