My picture posting experience

Well folks I was finally able to get a picture posted with the help of my genius wife, she's the greatest, and it may take a few tries before I figure this out completely and feel like I know what I'm doing.
We had to open the picture with paint and resize it there and then was able to upload it. This isn't one of the most intuitive procedures I've used but it does work well.
