Gun Guide's "Perfect Adapter"
Another good option for large capacity powder drops is Gun Guide's Perfect Adapter for the Perfect Powder Measure. I believe joec is the one that mentioned it and I bought one. Fits right on the end of a Powder through expander die, actually it slips into the funnel adapter that screw into the Powder Through Expander die.
I will get a picture up as soon as I can.

Thanks Michael, that looks like it will work perfect on my turrent press. I have a mixture of reloading "stuff", but find myself getting more Lee products for value vs. the cost of other brands. DP

Re: Gun Guide's "Perfect Adapter"
A little tip on using it with the Lee Turret presses you might have to remove the safety primer system. I actually don't use the index rod with mine doing it in batches. Doesn't seem to really take much longer either that using the index rod.dpe.ahoy wrote:Thanks Michael, that looks like it will work perfect on my turrent press. They also make them for other powder measures similar to the Lee Perfect Powder measure as well.

Mine is very tight with double O rings.Maximumbob54 wrote:How tight of a hold is it? I'm on the fence about trying one.

Re: Gun Guide's "Perfect Adapter"
It is very tight, still I brace it with an index finger on the top of the hopper with one hand while I actuate the drum with the other hand. I just leave the funnel adapter on it and thread that into the die body.Maximumbob54 wrote:How tight of a hold is it? I'm on the fence about trying one.

You two "enablers" just made someone some money. Now I really need to get off my behind and process some brass.

Re: Gun Guide's "Perfect Adapter"
Exactly, I'm thinking about buying another adapter and another PPM. With this setup, I'm going to epoxy the adapter into the funnel adapter which will make it a bit more rigid.joec wrote:Always willing to help others spend more money.

Re: Gun Guide's "Perfect Adapter"
Now there is an interesting idea. I bet a phone call to Lee would offer up an extra top part of the powder die so you could screw it into whatever die as needed but not have one die with no top.Ranch Dog wrote:Exactly, I'm thinking about buying another adapter and another PPM.
