Greetings From South East Michigan
Hi To all,
I am a long time reloader. First Mold was for a .58 Minie ball when I was 18 in 1965. Then a .257 mold for
my Dad's 257 Roberts. Lots more in the next 40+years.
My Wife and I belong to a Primitive skills group (Great Lakes Primitives Gathering) . We are involved in
mostly Pre-Columbian skills that include fiber arts, flint knapping, basket making, wood crafts , Atlatl,
Primitive archery, trapping, and other early survival skills. Many members of our group are hunters and
fishermen; this spills over into reloading as a skill, and naturally boolit casting.
We have quite a bit of Lee equipment. She has a Lee single stage press and priming tool along with powder
measures. I have several Lee presses and a lot of Lee Dies along with some Lee molds and other
equipment. (Main press is a Lee classic turret press)
The Main press is well used with about 30,000 rounds through it. I have replaced the ratchet square once
at 18,000 rounds and a spring in the small pistol priming feeder at 20,000 rounds.
Thanks for this site and allowing me to join. Thanks, Dale
