I'm a newbie to reloading and purchased a Lee Classic Turret Kit a few weeks back and have loaded about 100 38 special already. I really like the turret press and especially the Lee loading manual book that was included in the kit. I also have the Lyman and Speer manuals but I think the Lee has more information.
I had a problem loading a small load of Titegroup 3.2gr in my 38's as the smallest hole in the Auto Disc is .30. But searching this forum I found some info regarding Custom Cast's "Mini Disk" kit that comes with a .27 aperture that should enable me to drop a 3.2gr load. I ordered it from Custom Cast and will report back when I try the "Mini Disk".

You'll find many "problems" as you get sucked further into this fascinating addictive world. The best part is the feeling of accomplishment when solve the problems. Sometimes you will think out of the box and find solutions that hopefully you'll post/share here.
Once I filled a hole in a disk with epoxy putty and drilled out a new hole to obtain the desired powder weight. A little later when I started using another powder that disk modification wasn't necessary but I still feel proud of my work-a-round. I've also seen pictures of drilled and tapped disk using a screw to adjust the volume of the hole.

Yeah, I put a piece of shrink tube in the .30 fit perfect 
and then was throwing below 3.2gr, so saw the "Mini Disk" and thought I'd give it a shot, keep you posted.

Welcome to the forum, it looks like you are off to a good start!
Custom Cast also offers the blank disks with the pilot holes for custom sizing. They provide a chart table that converts drill size/# to cc.
