Greetings from the other side of the Atlantic
Hi Low Life Lee Lovers!
My name is Ari and the first thing I want to do is apologize for my bad English, I barely chatter it so I have to rely heavily on translators. I hope this is not a problem for you.
I am from the Canary Islands and have been recharging for about a year. I currently charge 9mm, 38Spl and 45ACP but the short one will start with 308W, I already have my wonderful Lee 308 Win Ultimate Set.
99% of my recharge material is of the LEE brand and those accessories that are not of the brand are either because LEE does not manufacture them, because I made them myself or because where I live it is not easy to access recharge material .
Many were those who advised me other brands when I started recharging but I was clear that I wanted to LEE for the quality / price ratio and every time I put a die in my simple press I see that I was not wrong.
Today I found this forum by searching Google for the adapter for my Lee Perfect Powder Measure.
I hope to learn a lot from you and share experiences.
ThX

Re: Greetings from the other side of the Atlantic
Thanks sirs.
The second, the material that we can access is really expensive being in some cases up to four times higher than the price offered by the manufacturer, this occurs because the material you buy has passed through at least three distributors and at least one importer. Logically everyone wants their piece of cake.
Another example, I live in the Canary Islands. Here ONLY we can access the MAXAM powder. The authorities put many impediments to send it from the center of the country to what they consider "a colony" but they have 4 or 5 different types of powder.
The problem in my case really is two, the first is that in Spain everything that has to do with weapons is frowned upon by what does not generate an import market that allows you to access the same quantity and variety as you in the USA.Ohio3Wheels wrote:Welcome from SW Ohio. Re: Greetings from the other side of the Atlantic
Welcome from Arkansas USA .
I'm a bit of a black sheep here , but , I use a number of Lee tools and those that I do use I like very much . I can only imagine how that translates ..... .
Many of our members across the Atlantic face many similar challenges to yours .
I am greatful to have access to all of the brands and makers we have . I have 5 brands of dies , 6 of presses , 6-7 of bullet moulds and more in assorted tools .
Lots of Lee moulds , a few die sets and handles . I've had several Lee presses but I just didn't care for them . I have a few trimmers . I mostly buy Lee dies when availability or the need of a specific die is needed such as the FCD for 45-70 308 or 30-30 . Some day I will find a pre quick change hand press and buy it .

Re: Greetings from the other side of the Atlantic
Thank you very much for the welcome.
My four sets of dies, lead molds, powder dispenser, bulge buster kits, lead melting stove and simple press are LEE, I am very happy with the brand and every time I need an accessory/tool the first thing I do is look If LEE manufactures it.
My recharge room is small, I have just what I need and some more whim. I hope that over the years it will grow. Besides that almost all the material has to be stored in a safe box, I can not organize as well as I see in the YouTube videos you do in the USA.
