No, it is different. It is a 60% Alox, X-Lox or Lee, and 40% Johnson's One Step Floor Wax.

As I mentioned, the Johnson's product has been discontinued. Here is the best price I've found with it still in stock: Hardware On Line

You would have to search for it but I know that there has been at least one alternative mentioned of the Johnson's product in this topic: Ben's Liquid Lube Recipe

It doesn't need the mineral spirits. The wax is liquid and has a solvent agent.

It's 60/40 Liquid Alox/wax IIRC. Someone with a PC will post a link.

Thanks, Michael. I have 8 qts. of liquid X-Lox and just ordered a boatload of the Johnson wax from the link that you provided...thanks, it's the least expensive source, by far!

Just FYI all, http://hardwareonlinestore.com/index.ph ... /error/404 is now out of the Johnson wax. I think that I got the last 4 cans, so I should be set. There are other sources for it...just google it.

I found 4 cans at my local True Value hardware. A worker there told me he could search the warehouse inventory for more. Might try that in your area.

Be sure to look in the domestic/flooring section at Lowes for the SC Johnson One step wax. A lot of people (cast boolit forum) are finding it on the shelves at Lowes. I checked the local Lowes, here, and they had 4 cans on clearance at $1.62/can.
