I have a problem

Post by nsdread07 »

I was cleaning out the loading room and came across 600 rounds of 44 mag that I loaded when I had a 44. Now I could break these down and sell the brass, but that seems a waste of powder and bullets and primers. But they are taking up space I could use for 9mm, 380 and 45 Acp. Maybe the answer is to buy another 44.

Umm I got a bunch of 30-30 in a buy the whole lot deal . I could have made 32 Rem out of it instead I made a deal on a rifle because I really needed another rifle :) .

Your problem is obvious , you need a 44 mag rifle .

Well, yeah, that's the best solution! I had to stop after 5, .44 Magnums. Or you could break down the .44 ammo, saving the powder, saving the primers for the 45 ACP, melt the lead and have a whole bunch of fun playin' in your reloading room...

You have two choices 1) buy that 44 mag or 2) call the Cops and have them dispose of the ammo for you.

When you want to get rid of that ammo, you definately need a gun chambered for it. I don't see any other sensible way.

Maybe a rifle to go with that revolver? Henry Big Boy Steel, Rossi 92, or Ruger 77/44? If you see a Rem 788 44 Mag, please don't buy it but tell me about it! I really want to blow a grand on one :?
