Just wonder if you had to anneal your brass. I had to anneal the Lake City brass I have or the FL sizing wouldn't work. Once annealed they sized just fine on my Lee single stage O frame, the cheapest one.

Good idea. I had some trouble with some .223 LC brass that wouldn't allow my cutter into the case mouth. Now I don't have to throw the brass in the scrap bucket. I think this will work for me.Steve wrote:One method I use is:

This reduces the case neck and bumps the shoulder back, primer stays in.
2. Clean lube off the cases with cob in the vibratory cleaner.
3. Run the case into the neck sizing die to decap, plus expand and true the case neck.
It is now ready to proceeded with case prep or loading.
