I know the arguments against the 3 jaw chuck but I LOVE mine. No new fangled doohickey for me. :P
An ignorant person is one who doesn't know what you have just found out.

When setting a job up for myself it must be Idiot Proof as well, as I am a bigger idiot than most people I know, and I prove it to myself everyday.

According to him, everything except turned brass is not a bullet, but scrap. Coincidentally he makes the best turned brass bullets in the world. Interestingly, a few years back, brass was evil, but copper was the material to use. Coincidentally, he had the best turned copper bullets in the world...

Just to put that into perspective... this is how he packs 100 bullets:

The prices are incredible. The person... controversial at least, and if his bullets are really that superior to everything else is up to discussion.

So in short, another blowhard selling his wares...

Oh yeah, that's worth a couple thumbs up Michael..... +guns

I did some drilling on the Lynman top punch to see if I can get it to stop distorting the point. I did all the brass prep, casting, lubing, gas checks, everything today.

I kind of like the perky little point on the bullet.

The last .32WCF I loaded was for a 114 year old Colt. I doubt they've been shot. .312's someone else cast with no checks over .... I don't remember but I wrote it down.

yeah, I know it may be considered "handgun rounds", but it's specifically for accuracy tests in my 16" R92 in .357 mag. I've had really great accuracy with the Hornady XTP's in my .44 mag (240 gr) and have considered getting the 158 gr XTPs for the .357 mag. Being so wrapped up in various cast bullets for the last few years, the XTP idea for the .357 mag took a back seat. Last Friday I took care of that and ordered a couple hundred rounds each of the XTP's in both .44 mag (240 gr) and .357 mag (158 gr). I know the .44 mag with the 240 gr XTP's tend to give me the best accuracy, so the hope is that the 158 gr XTP in .357 mag will do the same thing. I took the time this morning to load a box of .357 mag rounds to test - (XTP 158 gr) half with 13.5 gr of AA#9 and half with 13.0 gr of AA#9. I'm sure there are several folks that will say that's a low class load, but from my last several years shooting XTP's through the .44 mag (240 gr) it's a common occurrence to get the absolute best accuracy with only 19.5 gr of AA#9.

Hopefully, I'll have the free time to hit the range tomorrow afternoon late to take the chrony and give the .357 rounds a try. The old stand-by, A2400, is still on the list as well.
