Well, shot two of the squealers last night. They came into the feeder at 9:00 so I cut off the yard lights so I could work in close to them, got about 30 yards from them. Waited for two to line up proper and shot them with my Marlin chambered in 32-20 Win.

I cleaned them and cut them into complete sides, down the middle of the backbone. They weigh about 13 lbs each so just about perfect for my grill.

Nice shot!

Now you need an imu pit for a luau style Hawaiian pig. On the other hand anyway it's done it is tasty. Some time ago I got a wine cooler for the sole purpose of curing bacon. The wife didn't want me doing that in the fridge but she liked the results.
