Interesting and some changes. Hadn't heard the 19/Mil service. Alabama is issuing to 18 yos now. We got one for my 19 yo mainly for hunting so no issues carrying a handgun. Soon to be 17 yo will apply also. However, their permits are only valid in AL, as no other state allows CCW for <21 (the 19/mil service being the exception).
