worn parts replacement

Postby Poppop » 26 Aug 2016 10

I had a need to replace the wiper on my Pro-Auto Disk Measure and trigger on the Safety Primer Feeder.
Called Lee, looked me up on their registry and sent me new replacements, only paid shpg charges.
That's "Customer Service". Thank you Lee!

Same thing happened to me. Order some spare parts online and all I paid was the shipping. Can't beat that!

I believe their business success is due to making and selling a quality product for a reasonable price and great customer service. How can you go wrong.
You may not make millions and millions of dollars but you will continue to remain in business as small business' are supposed to.
If you don't service your customers, somebody else will !!
