New loader, new bench
Just joined the forum yesterday. Here is the bench I just finished last week. I looked at the Harbor Freight bench. I build octagon picnic tables and farmers type tables on the side, so I really wanted to build rather than buy my bench. I may add some front to back feet along side the legs for added stability. It does rock a bit when I seat the primer. I would secure it to the wall or floor, but it is in the dining room, so my wife might frown on that

Very nice indeed. I can tell you for sure that your building skills far exceed mine. Welcome to the forum and welcome to the fine hobby of reloading..hmmm, octagon pic-a-nic table. You'll have to show us a picture of one of those. Sounds like a complicated build to me, but my skills with wood are just slightly better than a Woodpeckers.

It looks like you should sell reloading benches on the side too!

Bought one of mine off craigslist for 1/4 what it would cost to build and financed 5 digits for the other....it came with a free house after the big down payment.

Looks very nice and sturdy. Do you have a light in the overhead part?

Yes I do. I also just ordered some 4" LED tape light strips to place inside the press.Fyodor wrote:Looks very nice and sturdy. Do you have a light in the overhead part?

Wow....those are NICE....I'd say beautiful, but REAL MEN don't use that word unless it relates to the furniture on a fine rifle....(or your Lady on occasion)
