No high water problems here, it runs off into the creeks leading to the river pretty quick.

Looks like a very nice place you have there RD. Glad I don't have to mow your lawn though. +of . I lived in Texas for a couple years back in the late 60's (first wife was a Texican), some times wonder to myself what things (my life) would be like now if I'd a stayed there. No regrets, just wonder some times, as we tend to do as time passes. Saw a lot of nice country there, some not so much, but in general I liked it. One thing I learned early on and it's always "stuck" with me was that every species of poisonous critter indigenous to the U.S. lives in Texas.... :lol: and I believe I saw most all of them at one time or nuther'. :shock:

The mowing is too bad, just have to have the right equipment to deal with it. The critters just make it interesting.
