Not necessary to use a riser but you will have to make sure to index the auto drum correctly. So that it doesn't hit the primer system. I run risers on my auto drum and auto disks. Plus risers are not that expensive.

So I should be good to go as-is, then I can be reloading while waiting for a riser from midway along with some other stuff.Shootit wrote:Not necessary to use a riser but you will have to make sure to index the auto drum correctly. On my Lee 4 hole, with Auto Drum dispenser and Lee Safety Primer, I used the riser, didn't think there would be enough clearance without.
