Sounds like a guy could almost sell hunts .
Looks like a place where an SKS tuned a little with 1 of the 230-250 gr bullets would really pay off .

Re: Boar with Marlin 375
The problem with that is that it takes a lot of hunting to find a hog even though we have a lot of them. I see a sounder about every 10 days (nights) and that is hunting every other night. This highlights the next issue, they must be hunted at night. Over those 10 calendar days, I hunt at least every other night between 10 to 1. I guess the point I'm trying to make is that over the last 50 years hogs have become very hard to hunt and the odds of an encounter is very low despite the numbers.RBHarter wrote:Sounds like a guy could almost sell hunts .
I have designed a 200-grain plain base bullet for my Mini-30. But the cost of suppression and night vision or thermal optics really makes this a crazy endeavour.RBHarter wrote:Looks like a place where an SKS tuned a little with 1 of the 230-250 gr bullets would really pay off .
