Re: Christmas Presents?
While Santa didn't leave and "dedicated" reloading stuff I found a small belt sander under our tree, which will help in doing some custom tool work...
But to get a bit sappy; I spent the entire day with my wife of 25 years and had a wonderful turkey dinner, jes me and my Hunny (we bought a semi-prepared dinner so my wife wasn't stuck in the kitchen for hours). But I would have really liked a CHRISTmas similar to daoone's; kids and grand kids and great grand kids running around the house...

Re: Christmas Presents?
we had my grandson and his family (with my new great grandson) for our now much, much smaller Christmas Eve get together. It was nice .... and really nice to be alive and finally improving a little every day. Life is fragile, be sure and treasure it while you got it

Re: Christmas Presents?
I have a 1in belt sender. I used it over the last 3 months to shape the black walnut scales for two 7 piece sets of kitchen knives for one of my daughter the other set for my brand new daughter in law. It is amazing how useful this small belt sender is.mikld wrote:While Santa didn't leave any "dedicated" reloading stuff I found a small belt sander under our tree, which will help in doing some custom tool work...

Re: Christmas Presents?
I unexpectedly met some old friends that I haven't seen in over 20 years! They moved to Arizona 20 years ago from north Calif. Met them while I was shopping at the local Dollar Store Christmas eve. We got together Christmas day and punched some paper.
That was a great present!

Re: Christmas Presents?
Santa left me 1000 bullets 158gr for my .38spl Blackpowder loads. Well, I had to pay them by myself, but they arrived 2 months (!) earlier than promised and in time for my new year reloading session.

Re: Christmas Presents?
Wife did good and just gave me gift certificates to a couple of my reloading sites. All monies (and a little more) was spent on purchasing a few more dies for my reloading. Added the .38/.357 and the .40sw (even though I don't own a .40). Also bought more bullits! Never have enough of those.
