Great fun at the match
Just tried my AimCam for the first time in a "real life" situation:

Very nice!
Is that BP? Not as much smoke as I would expect.

No, it's an indoor range where we can't shoot black powder.
Last year I shot more black powder than nitro, and most of it in .44-40WCF. This time I dug out my trusty .38spl guns and some nitro loads. Still a lot of fun, but by now I prefer the larger cartridge and more smoke.

Nice shooting nice camera to amazing how fast technology has advanced in the past 50 years. I'm only 37 and I still remember poloroid cameras being awesome now look at all these gadgets coming out. Plus they're user friendly in most cases. Thanks for sharing.

I also created a (German) unboxing video of the cam for my shop. It's incredible how small these things got:

Shooting my pair of Schofields and my 73, all chambered in .44-40, loaded on my trusty all LEE equipment (pro1000) with 35 gr of FFg black powder. The black powder shot shells are bought, I don't bother loading those by myself.
The shotgun is a war child... the barrels were made and garnished at Sauer & Sohn in 1914, but work was paused for obvious reasons. But they have not been thrown away or been repurposed, so the gun was finished 1918. Is was then heavily used by hunters for the next 90 years, until when I bought it. Nothing was changed, modified or tuned on that gun, so the hammer springs still have the original oomph, I will hit and knock down the plates even with no powder and primer, the impulse of the hammer alone will throw the pellets with enough force
