Re: 35-30/30 Dies
CH4D, they are listed about halfway down this page: https://www.ch4d.com/products/dies/cali ... &filter=35
I bought the two die set, in June of 2017 they were $87. They came with the .356" expander, but I also bought .357" and .358" expander balls to suit all my bullet needs ($9 each). To order, I would call them at 740-397-7214.
I ended up sending a couple of dummy cartridges to Lee and having a Collet Factory Crimp Die made.

Re: 35-30/30 Dies
I load for a .35-303 whhc is very similar. Since you only want to neck size these I use a .358 Win Sizing die to deal with the neck, and the bullet seater to seat the bullet and crimp it in place.(2 operations)
It works but not as ideal as have dedicated dies for the caliber, however I got the .358 Win dies for $10 and they work just fine. They would work for you as well.

Re: 35-30/30 Dies
I was told to start with .35 Rem data, and work up from there.
I had my barrel done by JES Reboring and he's the one with the info.
