My daughter sent me a video of my 9 year old grand daughter with her new .22 rifle at the indoor range.
I started my daughter at about the same age at the local VFW post youth shooting program. When she was the ripe old age of 14, the shooting club that I belong to had a 200 yd. match, shooting .22 LR. Out of 40 shooters, my daughter at the age of 14 came in 3rd place, beating out 37 other, experienced shooters. I was told that both she and my 12 year old son (came in 12th.) conducted themselves very safely and adult like on the firing line.
I'm so proud that my grand daughter is carrying it on.
Well done Anastasia (daughter) and Charleigh (grand daughter).
