started out with the lee hammer em in 1983 by 86 had the nutcracker and was up to 50 per hour also cast at that time didnt know much and had trouble scoring on a b 27 target at 21 feet
I had a 1911 stock 45 acp
1992 got the gold cup national match 45 and shot bullseye
1993 got the loadmaster now i could pump out 600 an hour if i wanted to
I quickly mastered the loadmaster and its priming system
Now retired and shooting uspsa( range officer) and idpa
Before a match i usually make 250 or so ,it takes 10 mineuts to load the shell tubes ,primers, and bullet feeder and about 15 min to run them
They all always feed and go bang never had a squib or a double
I load straight out of the manuals for 200 gr swc
The machine cost about 185 from midsouth in 1993 and now costs 11cents a round to make.
I shoot 5 to 600 a month and never thought about a blue machine, fine with red
feel free to ask me anything about any problems you may be having with the LM :)

Well I've spent my time behind a LM. I admire you conquering that beast. Actually after I quit priming on it, it served me well for several years.

Welcome aboard. This is fine place to hang out and share your experiences without the fear of derision or nay saying. We LOVE Lee here. Jump in and tell us more.

With hunting season approaching, I will use my middle of the day down time to get my three Load-Masters setup once again. Teach me to paint a wall. Took the apart to remove the bench from the wall and everything went to heck in a handbasket.

I'm really thinking Load-Master now, even saw that Lee ran a special order of 25 Auto shell plates and bought one!

That is one impressive intro - you're hired... oh wait this is a forum, no pay, no benefits - at least not the tangible stuff...
I'm sure your experience will come in handy to some of us newbies.
welcome from Michigan.
