LED Lighting

One of the things I wanted to do over the holidays is add some recessed lighting over my Load Master bench as there is not any direct overhead lighting. My reloading room is part of a large carport/garage/barn and there is overhead storage above the room accessed through the garage. It meant a bit of work as the flooring had to come up in the storage area so that the space above the ceiling could be accessed for the lighting cans and electrical. Anyway, after a better part of yesterday with the heat in the 80s, it is done.

The two completed Load Masters are back on the bench and I do not need supplemental lighting to see the web of a pistol case to tell whether there is a charge are not. Mission accomplished!

These LED lights are brighter than florescent. I change out all 4 of my architect's adjustable arm magnifying lamps to LEDs awhile back. BIG Improvement.

I bought some 48 inch led to go with old florescence light fixtures man 1 of these led bulbs is brighter than both the old ones. Just remember to remove the ballasts if switching this kind of light to led. No issue for most standard fixtures. They're expensive but I think I'll be switching rest of mine someday soon. Looks good rd I like recessed lighting.
