The bitter sweet irony .........
Texas has too many ft of water and nowhere to pump it and Oregon just wants to set up the rainbirds and have some water to pump . Meanwhile Florida , Georgia and Alabama are bracing for the down put Oregon and Washington State need . This one may push the everglades up all the way to Hollywood .......
