Reloading Friends

I just want to say how fortunate I am to have reloading friends. Friends are different from family as they don't feel obligated as a result of genes. ( I am very fortunate that I have so much support and love from my family and even my exwife.) Over the last 71 years I've had friends, I enjoyed their company, shared stuff with and helped, and been helped with house and yard chores. But my local reloading friends have gone above and beyond the casual friendship bonds.

Case in point LarryW, a member here, and John. Without asking they both have brought over food and assisted me with transportation to grocery stores, medical appointments and helping me with my passion, reloading. Over the years with these two gentlemen I have swapped, traded and just flat out give and been given reloading tools/gadgets, information and helped with projects. They are the guys you can trust to shoot their reloads. They are the kind of friends you don't have to ask they just just enjoy supporting and helping while teasing, ribbing and chiding me the whole time they are going out of their way to do it. They make me laugh at my short comings.

I believe we reloaders are unique not just about our passion but about fulfilling the definition of true friendship.

I couldn't have said it better. I learn from almost everyone here as I am yet a novice compared to many here. I hope I never stop learning because then that means I'm dead or better be.+guns

I've found "outdoorsy" people to be more willing , friendly , helpful and reliable throughout my life .
