From top to bottom:
Lee TL 158-358-2R
Surplus Polish 158 - 358 SWC
Bullet Barn 204 Grain -358 loaded to 357 magnum pressure in a 38 special case for use in a Ruger Blackhawk. The bullet was designed for the .35 rifles particularly the 35 Remington. At 1100 FPS this gives a power factor of 224 good enough for ISPC Revolver Standard Major.

Re: Unlimited Reloading Picture thread
I always thought the 30 Carbine a good looking cartridge.

Like someone stretched out a .357 making it thinner and longer then put a .30 caliber RN jacketed bullet in it.Ranch Dog wrote:I always thought the 30 Carbine a good looking cartridge.

Re: Unlimited Reloading Picture thread
That picture cause to me to get off my rear end and do something about returning my Carbine to action. I'm not going to buy jacketed bullets and the Lee C309-115-F mold has been sitting on my bench. I cast a few from the two-cavity mold and got bored with it and there it sits. I also don't like the bullet not having a crimp groove. I got busy last night and bought the NOE 311-117-FN GC AU2 in a four-cavity mold. I was hoping for a five but they are sold out.

Re: Unlimited Reloading Picture thread
The Lee 309-115-F feeds well in one of my M1 Carbines and frequently jams in the other, feed ramp problem. I recently got the NOE 311-121-RN 4 cavity. I'm excited about this MOLD but as yet haven't attempted to do and casting because of my eye hassles. Thankfully this problem is resolving. I am returning to my Phoenix home soon and will get busy with it then. I plan on PC coating and sizing these bullets.

Re: Unlimited Reloading Picture thread
My 1st ever reloading picture. Nov. 2015. No press yet. Tumbler was the 1st piece to arrive. So I started prepping .38 special brass.
