My brother found a Taurus 66 7-Round revolver for a good price and asked me what I know about them.
I don't know anything, but figured some of you here might.
So, good, bad, or ugly?

Re: Taurus 66 Revolver
I had one .
It would shoot 38s and 38+P like a champ . As soon as I got into 357 levels for get it .
It was not a fan of Blue Dot and 158 Speer JHP ...... Start load jammed tight and by tight I mean that pistol was done for the day and I had to remove each case with a punch and a firm hand swat or 2 .
Had I been casting at that time I suspect that I would have found <,357 throats and a 9mm compatible barrel . 8 gr of Unique under an 85 gr Gold Dot was accurate enough to make me want to keep it and I suspect that it was because it fit the throats and barrel well , being 380 bullets .
