It looks like it is a charge bar, but not from Lee.

Might be a micro charge bar for a Dillon powder measure.

This is an Auto Charge Bar for the Lee Auto Disc, I got this bar from E Arthur Brown Co in the early 80's, the company is still in business but does not manufacture the bar any longer, I believe the patent rights were sold to Dillon. This is a great bar and works flawlessly, don't know why I went to the Auto Drum, anyway, now I have two powder systems

It does look like it might fit a Dillon progressive powder measure.
