I did not hear from them today. Hopefully I will tomorrow. Still working on this problem.

Friday afternoon the CS rep at Lee suggested I remove the shell plate holder and inspect for stuff underneath. I did that and it looks clean under there. I submitted a video of the problem Saturday but no word yet.

I guess he is off Mondays. This morning he watched my video and suggested that I remove the shellplate and inspect the two countersunk screws underneath to see if they were loose and rubbing. It turns out they were! I tightened the two screws and reassembled everything. It works perfectly now!!!!

That's great! I watched a video online from what appears to be a Lee Distributor, where he loosens those and turns the carrier if the primer tray isn't getting shook enough.
