Lee Ultimate Turret press
There's a new sheriff in town. Just read where Lee has a new Turret press that will be shipping coming Friday. You can get it in a 4, 5, or 6 hole configuration with auto case eject and roller handle. Titan shows it will come in 5 hole configuration. Press only $240.00. It also comes in a kit form. Looks pretty dang good from what I could make out in the video. Tool heads are in the $25.00 range depending on which one you want. Right now the 5 hole is 18 and change. I'm interested.

Re: Lee Ultimate Turret press
My first experience at loading was on a Lee turret press my brother in law had, it took forever to load 200rds of 44 mag which we would shoot on Sunday! You had to handle each primer, I sure don't want to do that again!
I have a Lee Challenger, and a Bonanza Co-Ax single stage presses to load rifle loads I want to be precise, and plinking rifle I can load on my progressive!

Re: Lee Ultimate Turret press
I can load something like 100 rounds of 357 Mag or 38 Special ammo per hour. Handling each primer is no big deal to me. I got my 4 hole Lee turret press around 15 years ago, and a second one maybe 5 years ago. The progressives have been under the bench until I recently bought a Lee Six Pack Pro. I may be listing it for sale; the Ultimate Turret may be more to my liking.Bill Moore wrote: ↑08 Feb 2024 18:27 My first experience at loading was on a Lee turret press my brother in law had, it took forever to load 200rds of 44 mag which we would shoot on Sunday! Re: Lee Ultimate Turret press
An LCT can load a lot more than 100 RPH of pistol if you hand prime. I have no need for the "upgrade" to a new one.

Re: Lee Ultimate Turret press
The great new feature of the UT is that you can adjust the number of dies as needed, anytime. That actually is a very useful feature. Make pistol ammo fast, use three holes. Make precise rifle ammo, use five or six holes. And change whenever you want. That makes it very versatile.

Re: Lee Ultimate Turret press
I use four dies for rifle and pistol.
