This may be in the wrong section so please feel free to move it...
NOE website:

Model for the Lee Universal Case Mouth Expander:

Rifle: http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/index.php? ... gu2pofinb3
For the Lee PTX dies:

NOE now offers inserts for the Lee powder through expander dies that mimics the Lyman M die's with the step expander. If you aren't familiar with the M die, it does the usual case moth expanding but just below that it forms a small shelf inside the case mouth to hold the bullet. This means the bullet sets perfectly straight in the case for seating. Why do you care and why is this NOT an answer in search of a question??? Because during seating you want a cast, coated, or plated bullet to seat straight or risk shaving the side of the bullet if it doesn't seat straight into the case mouth. Add to that it helps prevent bullet runout. No, you don't need them but they are a nice addition to your reloading gear. And now it would seem you can swap out the expander insert in your Lee die and plop in the NOE version and have the best of both worlds. Use the PTX version to save a station in a turret or progressive press or use the plugs for the universal die. Just pick what option works best for you!!!
